Produced exclusively from the milk of indiginous sheep on the Island of Pag, Paski Sir is the most awarded ewes’ milk cheese in all of Croatia.
Gligora Paski Sir has a unique and subtle piquant taste and smell, it crumbles and melts in your mouth. and pairs wonderfully with fresh fruit such as grapes, or with thinly sliced Prsut (smoked ham). Or simply enjoy it on it's own with just a small drizzle of olive oil.
Zigljen: Hard pressed mixed milk cheese made with a delicate fusion of cow, sheep and goat milk from the Dalmation region of Croatia. Slightly spicy with a distinctive aroma. Aged for a minimum of 3 months.
Kozlar: Semi hard goats milk cheese. A fruity and fresh tasting cheese.
Kolan: Hard pressed cow's milk cheese, a more mild tasting cheese than the famed Paski Sir.
Figurica: Hard cheese made from a fusion of cow and sheep's milk. Aged for 3-6 months. To be enjoyed with a fine white wine if the the figurica is more mature a red should be paired with it.
