Livno Original Cheese: Original hard cheese from Bosnia. Contains at least 50% of milk fat in a dry matter and at least 60% dry matter. It ripens under the peel at least 60 to 80 day. characteristics of this cheese are: extra flavour, piquant of walnut, a little bit salty.
Livno Trapist: Semi hard cow's milk cheese, 45% milk fat in a dry matter and at least 50% dry matter. A gentle flavoured cheese, a little bit tangy, yellowish in appearance.
Both cheeses available in full wheel and 1/4 wheels.
